Elma® & Elmo® Retail Insight provides valuable information on each customers’ location and how they move within a supermarket or a retail store. Real-time view shows customers currently moving in the store.
In addition, the user interface collects recordings from the past, and the ‘Heat, Stop and Flow Maps’ show summaries of customers’ movements within the store.
One Elmo® is able to track customers in all directions with a spacing up to 42m.
The information of where people move and where they stop (linked to electronic price labels) is very valuable for the store owner. The store owner is able to detect both customers and where the personnel are located in the premises.
Elmo® and Electronic Store Labels help in tracking customers’ behaviour in more detailed way, identifying the products customers stop at. The POS system reveals if the product was purchased.
